How the white-label model works
Last updated: October 27, 2026
Three parties, three surfaces:
Who | Surface | What they do |
|---|---|---|
Your customers (developers) | Developer Platform, under your brand | Sign up, create keys, call models, see usage and billing |
Your team | WL Platform | Manage customers, models, prices, access, billing and first-line support |
Aleroy | Aleroy Platform | Onboard your data center, deploy and operate models, send you service notices |
You control: your brand, your customers, your team's roles, API keys, which models you offer, prices, and turning customer access on or off.
Aleroy does: install and validate the platform on your GPUs, deploy and configure models, operate deployments, and support your team as the second line.
Support works in two lines. Your team answers your customers. When an issue is in the platform, needs data you cannot see, or is not covered by a runbook, your team escalates to Aleroy. Aleroy never contacts your customers directly.
